We’ll train the body and sharpen the senses—learning to see without staring, to move without being seen. From decoding bird alarms to tracking in difficult substrates, you'll rediscover what it means to belong in wild places. This experience includes:

  • How to use bird language to detect the presence of large mammals

  • Tracking techniques rooted in indigenous and modern practices

  • Body language and breathwork to reduce your presence in the forest

  • Understanding ecological cycles to move with—not against—your environment

  • Tools for descenting, camouflage, and natural movement

  • Field dressing, hide work, and primitive cooking, rooted in gratitude and skill

  • Sacred ecology practices: how to tend the land while harvesting from it

Michael Douglas brings over three decades of deep tracking, ancestral skills, and field experience to this offering. This is a rare opportunity to walk the line between instinct and insight, between spirit and survival.
